With a mixed bag of skills, the work I do can vary day-to-day, depending on client brief and branding expectations. Whilst I enjoy everything I do, some things are just more fun than others.
I’ve mentioned work for the lovely Anna-Lee Kewley before. Inspirational in her amazing work at raising her own business from the ground, starting with just £230 and a heap of ambition, the creator of fun and funky baby clothes asked me to write the copy for her web pages for her, as well as some auto responder emails from her brand.
I wanted something that was true to Anna’s sense of fun, and to the baby and toddler clothing designs which have delighted and demonstrated personality to little ones and their parents across the UK and overseas. Anna always signs off her emails with “Have a moo-tastic day”, so like the residents of Brockworth, I decided to roll cheese puns until I could not moo-ve.
By far one of the most moo-vellous copywriting jobs I’ve had, playing with puns and taming words for Anna is always fun and reaps lot of laughter.
To have a read of the whole thing, hop by her site http://www.babymoos.com/ and I dair-ya not to make a purchase whilst you’re there!
